Try one of these steps to correct it:
- Use your browsers Back button and make sure that all of the input fields that are marked with an asterick * are filled in.
- Sometimes there are communication problems between servers on the Internet. Use your browsers Back button and try pressing the Send Request button one more time.
- Alternately, you can send us an e-mail message at info@openroadcanada.com.
- If you prefer fax, use your browsers Back button, click on the form, print it out and fax it to us at 604-270-9028 (don't forget to write down the fax number first!).
